I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was clean and had great facilities such as parking, transportation and breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was outside of the center, but not far from a local restaurant and up to the bus station.

The room was nice and cozy, and the bed was comfortable to sleep in. The hotel’s amenities, like the coffee machine and gym, were greatly appreciated. The hotel had a strategic location, close to nearby shops and cafes, which was a great convenience.

Sadly, our XMAS experience at this hotel was not pleasing. The heating system inside the room was too hot and unbearable, leaving us opening the windows to escape the heat.

My room was not as clean as I expected it would be, the bed cover which was stained, and the mini bar was empty.

There was a nice communal balcony with jacuzzi. Hotel manager was lovely and helpful and breakfast was filling. It was also off a main street for the local bus 9 that took you into the centre of town and the Fortress

We had the 2 bedroom suite. There was only one air conditioning throughout - in the living room, so it got quite hot in the bedrooms with the doors closed.

We had an amazing stay at this place! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always willing to help us with anything we needed. The check-in process was smooth and when we requested a room change, they immediately upgraded us to an even better and bigger room. The breakfast provided was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of Serbian delicacies that made us feel right at home. The hotel's location was convenient, just a short walk away from the more touristy areas.

I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Gymnas. Staff was very helpful and professional; rooms very well designed, comfortable and clean. Hotel is perfectly located in a quiet part of Novi Sad, but you are still very close to center of the city. Loved it! Hotel also has an amazing fitness center. And breakfast was very good, too. Everything about my stay and service was absolutely perfect. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting Novi Sad!

Well decorated hotel with lots of pictures with gym and sauna ( you can use it as a guest), inside the hotel you have cafe. Helpful and polite stuff. There is old part of the Hotel with smaller rooms ( the cheaper prices when you searching site ), but if you want to go in new part of Hotel you have to pay 10eur per room ( We recommend to go to new part of the hotel ) why? Bigger rooms. More space. New well design furniture. Very clean rooms and toilets. Stuff is very polite!!! For breakfast you can choose several different meals.( Very polite waiter ) we recommend this hotel for relax and escape from crowd and noise.

The hotel’s location was perfect for our Christmas trip. We were surprised by how close it was to the city center, making it easy to walk around and explore. The staff were also very friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to make sure that we had a comfortable stay. the room was spacious and well-equipped which made us feel right at home.

There were a few issues that could’ve been better. The cleanliness of the room could certainly be improved as the floors and surfaces weren’t very clean.

Hotel is very clean, with a friendly and helpful staff. Price is very good and it includes free wifi internet access in rooms, cable tv, room service and continental breakfast. Definitely will come back again when I visit Novi Sad.

Room was like at the worst category motel.Bathroom was moldy and rusty.Toilet seat was glued to the scotch tape. They forgot about my breakfast. Think twice before renting a room at this hotel. I do not recommend!!!!
